Dean Lauro is an 18 year old HIp-Hop artist living in Brooklyn New York. Inspired by the Myspace and blog era of hip-hop, his style is a modern interpretation of 90s and 2000s backpack raps. As a producer and rapper he's set on building a name for himself across the city and eventually around the world. He began writing music at about 13, and began playing musical instruments at 11. Listening to albums like The Chronic (Dr. Dre),  The College Dropout (Kanye) and mixtapes like KIDS (Mac Miller) made him want to begin rapping and producing hip-hop music at around 14. He grew up between states, going back and forth between Providence Rhode Island and New York City, he now lives in the city full time.
